In this great journey of body and mind, my path was enriched by different explorations:
The dance that gives me an acute and intuitive understanding of the body;
The Thai Yoga massage (the ‘sacred dance’) that helped me develop a quality of touch;
My passion for water with the practice of diving for almost 30 years.
Watsu and Wata, as the harmonious union of dance, touch and water, came to me as an evidence and a revelation.
Quality of presence, empathic listening, gentleness and generosity are an integral part of my practice which can take you, if you so wish, to get in touch with the deepest part of yourself.
